Obesity has become a very dreaded in thus 21st century. More and more people are getting affected due to obesity due to modern lifestyle such as junk food and lack of exercises. And it’s just not that only adults are affected by obesity but even kids and youngsters are. Adults are affected due to long working hours at office which leaves hardly any time to exercise and end up consuming junk food. Problem with kids and youngsters is long hours of watching television and playing games on their personal computers or play stations or Xbox’s. And obesity does not affect just physically as far looks are concerned when one put on weights.
